At OnlineShop, we understand that sometimes plans change. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how orders can be canceled on our platform.
Buyers may cancel an order only if:
The order has not yet been processed or shipped by the vendor.
The item is not a digital product, custom-made, or marked as final sale.
To cancel, the buyer must:
Go to their order dashboard.
Click “Request Cancellation.”
Wait for vendor confirmation (within 24–48 hours).
🛑 Orders cannot be canceled once they’ve been shipped or delivered.
Physical goods: Cancel within 12 hours of placing the order (or before shipping confirmation, whichever comes first).
Digital products: Non-cancellable once the file is delivered or downloaded.
Custom/personalized items: Cannot be canceled once production has started.
Vendors may cancel orders under the following conditions:
The product is out of stock or unavailable
Buyer provided incomplete or unverifiable delivery info
Payment could not be verified
If a vendor cancels:
The buyer will be notified immediately
A full refund will be issued to the original payment method
If a cancellation is approved, refunds are issued to the buyer’s original payment method.
It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
If there’s a disagreement between the buyer and vendor about canceling an order:
OnlineShop may step in to review the case
We will consider timing, communication, and shipping status
Our final decision will be binding for both parties
The following cannot be canceled once placed:
Digital downloads (delivered or accessible)
Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items
Final sale/clearance items
